From holiday camps, schools to police stations, public buildings often have a long lifespan. Not only are you designing for your instructing client, but also diverse members of the public. The buildings have to accommodate unique requirements and sometimes have to be capable of further extension. We believe such buildings should add value in design terms to their locations.
