A small 4.8 metre allotment width, which was
vacant for many years, as owners were unable to facilitate a useful
building design. Due to the small width, special building materials were
specified. Designed for a cutting edge public relations company, the
building had to reflect their firm's mission statement, 'sharp, modern
and no nonsense approach.' The building has 2 street entrances and a
central staircase runs across the block. It's possible to ventilate and
light the building by means of a triangular central courtyard.
