Previously two flats in Parkville, now converted into one residence. Our
role was to upgrade the facade only and restore the appearance of the
property back to the original Victorian terrace. The solution was removal
of the existing non-original concrete staircase and front fence, and restoration
and construction of a new upper veranda roof, balustrade
and front fence.
